You may be required to undress to your underwear; top, bottom or both depending on your treatment needs so please bear this in mind. Ladies, please wear a standard bra that fastens at the back, sports bras are tricky to work around without removing them completely. Please feel free to wear a pair of loose fitting shorts which can be rolled up if this makes you more comfortable, but not jeans as they are too restrictive. It is advisable to tie long hair up out of the way to avoid it getting caught or covered in lotion. If at any point you are uncomfortable with your state of undress, or you know beforehand you do not wish to undress, please do say as it may be possible to adapt the treatment to work through your clothes instead.
