Frequently Asked Questions

Having a few questions before your treatment is perfectly normal and hopefully the more common ones are covered here. If not, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to answer any queries.

What should I wear?

You may be required to undress to your underwear; top, bottom or both depending on your treatment needs so please bear this in mind. Ladies, please wear a standard bra that fastens at the back, sports bras are tricky to work around without removing them completely. Please feel free to wear a pair of loose fitting shorts which can be rolled up if this makes you more comfortable, but not jeans as they are too restrictive. It is advisable to tie long hair up out of the way to avoid it getting caught or covered in lotion. If at any point you are uncomfortable with your state of undress, or you know beforehand you do not wish to undress, please do say as it may be possible to adapt the treatment to work through your clothes instead. I wish you to be as comfortable as possible, both physically and mentally throughout your treatment so please feel free to raise any concerns you may have.

What do I do upon arrival?

In Rugby, I treat clients from a converted room in my home. As such, please be aware that as well as myself and my partner, our toddler and cat also live here and may make themselves known vocally during your visit. Every effort is made to keep home life separate but unfortunately some noise carries. If you have an allergy to cats, please make me aware so that I am able to air the room completely and keep her out for several hours before you arrive. If you are arriving by car and there is space on the driveway then please feel free to use it. Otherwise you are welcome to park across the end of the drive but please be mindful not to obstruct our neighbours. There is on-street parking all along the road and in nearby side roads if required. In Lutterworth I treat from a room on the First Floor in Lutterworth Therapy Centre, above PWH Accountants. Our entrance is on Misterton Way . Please take a seat in the Reception room and I will come and bring you through. There are car parks nearby and it is right in the centre of town so also accessible by public transport and foot. Please bring a towel or two with you so I can cover you during your treatment. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment as I may still be cleaning or writing notes from a previous client.

How much does a treatment cost?

This simply depends on the length of treatment you have. For Initial Consultations and 60 minute treatments, the cost is £45. For 45 minute treatments the cost is £35. For 30 minute treatments the cost is £25.
